On 9 January, Namur-based publisher Zen Media SRL launched a new French-language bimonthly magazine aimed at the over 50s: Zenior.
The free paper periodical is available on display in pharmacies and in the waiting rooms of GPs, dentists and physiotherapists, as well as in law firms and garages. It is also available in a range of catering outlets, including Pain Quotidien and Delitraiteur.
The adopted approach centers on positivism and benevolence. By exploring a wide range of topics – from television over travel, health and wellbeing to mobility, culture, etc. – over some 100 pages, and by combining the richness of the paper format with digital interactivity, Zenior forges a strong bond with its readers, creating loyalty. Its credo? To transform ‘has beens’ into ‘must haves’ and prove that the golden age can also stand for modernity.
Zenior has a circulation of 30,000 and is published 6 times a year. The magazine has 469,755 readers, to whom it offers a premium experience down to the smallest detail. Zen Media also endorses the role of advertising sales house.
